Whatever you want or need they've got it. If you don't know what you need, they'll know. Service is always friendly and prices are great. Every time I buy something there it turns out that I paid less than what it costs at Home Depot. Before you go to some big box store go here first. On top of that, the owners can give you some expert advice on home repairs. Due to COVID no one is allowed in the store. You place your order at the door. They will get you your stuff and ring you up there.

They didn't have the exact sized nails I needed but were nice enough to give me a longer one to take home and see if it would work for my project. It did not, but I appreciate the gesture. You'd never get that level of personal service at a Home Depot and it would be impossible to do on Amazon.

This is one of the last and best of the mom-and-pop hardware stores in New York. They really know their stuff, and will guide you to the right solution every time without fail. Plus they have all the wonderful things that you will never find in a superstore like Home Depot. I've been going there for many, many years, and they've never let me down. Highly recommended.

I’ve had multiple neighbors rave about this humble little shop - I kinda almost came up with an excuse to go visit. The owners are the friendliest and most helpful! They’re currently just a walk-up window and you can’t go in cause of covid but honestly that just saves me the hassle of perusing aisles like I know what I’m looking for.

Owners are incredibly helpful and knowledgable with obviously years of experience. Husband/wife team will not only help you find everything you need, but they will help make sure you have the right tools for your projects. They also don't steer you toward more expensive items and are just all around kind, helpful people. They are also super adorable and pretty funny. Makes my first time DIY mishaps a little more fun and a lot less embarrassing.
