I was researching a Blackstone Grill and really wanting to buy locally.I went into Ace and met up with Kevin Blake who took the time to explain everything to me even showing me pics of how he cooks different foods. Being a business owner my entire life I can appreciate taking time out to satisfy customers needs.If you are looking for a Blackstone grill or any large purchase I highly suggest Costellos Ask for Kevin you won't be disappointed

Kristina went above and beyond to help me recently. I came to the store for bird seed, which I had previously purchased there. I didn't see the one I was looking for, and when I asked if she knew if there was any (perhaps I wasn't seeing it), she leaped into action! Through attention and a solutions-forward approach, Kristina discovered that the seed was in stock, but another type had mistakenly been put in its place. She located the seed I came in for and proceeded to climb a ladder to get it off a very high shelf. I was pleasantly amazed at the lengths she went to correct a stocking error and find me what I came in for. Thanks, Kristina!

The most racist guy I ever seen in an ACE store , the cashier, the tall guy, he has been super friendly with the guy before me, my turn no hi no nothing, he didn’t gave me the receipt, I had to take it! No thank you , nothing! On purpose I said ‘you’re welcome! Have a nice weekend’ and he…nothing! I don’t care! Keep serving your friends, I go to HOME DEPOT!!!

I was helped by Kevin and Kristina during my visit. Both extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Another staff member also offered to help me find what I needed. Kevin directed me down the isle and showed me exactly what I was looking for. Kristina helped me install the ACE app which allowed me to retrieve my coupons which was a big help. It's appreciated to have this kind of service, not something you find in a bigger store.

Good hardware store. If you need anything plumbing related, head here first instead of brinkmans. ACE level of plumbing much higher quality parts. I do use brinkman but no longer my first stop for plumbing needs.
