Simon's Hardware & Bath is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, and on weekends from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM (Saturday only). We are closed on Sundays.

Pros- Nice staff and selection Cons - Will not help you solve anything if you have a problem I spent mid-5 figures on a renovation for my small bathroom. All my plumbing materials were purchased from Simons. The shower plumbing (diverter and temperature control) does not work properly. My shower temperature is scalding at its lowest temps and my water flow is weak at best. The manufacturer was difficult to work with to get any corrections. Simons served as an intermediary to communicate but refused to take any responsibility for selling an inferior product. They would not come to my home (4 blocks from the showroom) to assess the problems nor would they advocate for getting the manufacturer's rep to come to me. I was told by the sales person that based on my experience, they may stop selling this line. How does that solve my problem? At a minimum, I believe that Simons should have assessed the issue and offered to replace the defective parts with those of another manufacturer's parts with a credit. I got nothing but 'sorry' and excuses.

At Simons Hardware you can find all the lock brands 👍👍, yes it’s super expensive brands with the best quality, But it's worth the price

My experience at Simon Hardware was exceptional, highlighted by their great service and extensive selection of high-quality products. A standout aspect was the assistance I received from Ishmael, a salesperson who was not only knowledgeable and patient but also demonstrated remarkable commitment to his customers. Several years after my purchase, when I encountered an issue with two doorknobs, Ishmael followed up and helped resolve the problem. This level of post-sale support is rare and truly appreciated. I highly recommend Simon Hardware!

Worst service. I was treated like a was a burden when I was in store. Then I tried calling and was told to email. Then no one replied to my emails so I called again and was put on hold for about 15 minutes in total. Extremely rude person on the other end of my call and I’m no closer to finding the product I need so I’ll definitely be looking elsewhere
