We bought a children’s sled @ the North St location on Martin Luther King day & Marie waited on us 😊 She was SO helpful and so nice. She even signed up my three-year-old granddaughter to their cookie club and gave her her own membership card for free cookies every time we go into Carr Hardware!! ~ She made this experience so much fun and she deserves five stars and more Thank you to Marie ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had a plumbing emergency 5 minutes before they closed and they were able to help me out with everything I needed, very kind and thoughtful, definitely the place I will visit for all my future needs

As Property Manager for a local Property Management company, I can't overstate my gratitude for this local hardware store, (they also have an excellent new outfit in Lenox!). Yes, it is possible to save some small amount of money by going to Home Depot, and yes the megastore will have more selection than this place. However, as someone with properties on the west side, I can tell you this business is a pilar bearing up and holding down this part of town and helping our city to weather this terrible storm we are all in. Please support this place, please buy locally.

I recently bought a grill from Carr and they did a great job getting me the best deal, delivering the new grill all set up (gas connected and new brush hanging on the hook). I have been in a few times since moving to town, and every time I have been greeted respectfully. When I had weird needs, like off-season or short-lady/high item assists, or aging-lady tools, I was assisted, informed, and felt able to address my projects capably. Hardware stores are not my comfort zone, but the Carr's staff have made me feel like I have a partner who will help me which is all I need. This is the best of neighborhood stores!
