Not only do they have a great selection of products, but they have a very understanding, helpful, and dedicated staff. I went in there in search of supplies for my Girl Scout Gold Award project (painting murals and new shelves at Greater Waterbury Interfaith Ministries' food pantry), and they made sure I got everything I need. Thanks to them, this was possible:

Worst expierence as a woman going to a place like this for help. Went with my cabinet door in hand asked for some hinges for it , the guy didnt help at all he told me take pics of the other hinges on your cabinets at home and come back .. why when he has hinges there i wanted all new ones as i was redoing my kitchen . No help worst place ill never go back .. ! Not even worth 1 star review..

Very good service. Staff is much more knowledgeable than a typical big box store. Of course they can't have the selection that a major home improvement store has, but I usually walk away with what I'm looking for.

The staff is amazingly kind and helpful. Prices are good even though it is a small mom and pop. My favorite garden center.

Every time I come here I have a wonderful experience and the last three times I've been here I've had Jose O. service me . Jose is super professional, very helpful and always makes sure that we received the best customer satisfaction he can offer.
