Everyone at the design center is incredibly helpful! I had the pleasure of working with Laura, Tara, and Danielle, and they were all so pleasant and professional. Their expertise and kindness made the entire process enjoyable. I highly recommend working with them! Not only did they assist me once, but they’ve now helped me twice, and each experience has been fantastic.

Excellent selection. I was able to order wallpaper samples and they came quickly. Laura was extremely professional and helpful! She helped me pick out the perfect wallpapers for my dinning room, living room, and bar room. 10/10 I will be coming back to Laura to help me with pain down the line :)

Shopping at the Wallauer Design Center was a great experience. Laura Nallly and her team are excellent! They have all current fabrics and can do it all. Most importantly, Laura has a great design eye. She beautifully coordinated fabric for a Roman shade to my existing drapes. In addition pillows were well made from that fabric. She then chose another coordinating fabric for a bench. My bedroom is refreshed without being redone. The shades, pillows and reupholstered bench are extremely well made. I look forward to working with Laura and her team in the future!

[RACISM] I would give 0 stars, if possible. The old, blonde white woman who assists with paint colors in the basement had a microaggressive attitude from the outset and was extremely nasty and unhelpful to me. She shoved the swatches at me so that they hit my hand (with force) when I was looking through some of the colors that were laid out on the table. She also couldn’t understand any of the design terms I used (RGB colors, etc). Not only was she useless, but her actions, tone of voice and general attitude matched commonalities from the many other racist white women I’ve encountered - hence why I know it when I see it. It’ clear she needs to retire as she’s not apprised of recent or basic design concepts mor is she equipped to work in a diversified world. I attached a photo of the colors I took a pic of which are still inaccurate, meaning that I endured nastiness from your employee for a net zero outcome.

We prefer Ace Hardware store to any of the big box stores. They always have what we need and there are always helpful and friendly staff people on hand.
