The management at the Clifton location is atrocious. I went in to return an item I had bought 30 days prior at a nearby location. (Mini tire changer) I had never used the item, but the box had been opened. A supervisor came over for the return, and decided to inspect the item. The supervisor proceeded to find minor manufacturing marks such as scrapes on the item. He then proceeded to tell me I used and damaged the item. When I showed him it was not damage but a manufacturing defect, he proceeded to call a manager over. The manager, I think her name was Sharon, proceeded to tell me that they are allowed to refuse return for any reason and would not give a valid reason to the denial. After leaving dissatisfied, I went to the nearby location where the item was purchased and explained the situation. They were more than happy to accept the return and agreed it was not damage but from manufacturing and the item was still in new condition. I recommend both the manager and supervisor at the Clifton location be re-trained and possibly re-assigned.

The parking situation at this location is rough. Very rough. A number of stock items were damaged on the air tool wall. On the positive note, I was Able to purchase a nice flashlight.

Greetings to all! My experience buying at this store located in Clifton is the worst, the last purchase made this March 2025 demonstrates the mismanagement of the manager and his entire group of useless, idle and untrained workers who govern and do whatever they want, without following the customer service policies, they really have not changed in the least since 6 years ago that I used to buy there! The people who serve you when you pay for your product serve you with disdain, they do not pay attention and are more concerned with their cell phone or personal matters than serving you, and when trying to take your purchases they do not offer a miserable bag for you to take your products they just leave you there waiting for you to leave, it had been a long time since I bought at that store but a few days ago when I did it in a hurry I was disappointed again with a black woman who served me there ..! The same as always

Huge parking but every spot is taken, I managed to park really far on the street when I went to the store I was thinking is going to be packed with all those cars on the parking lot. But no at the store was not busy at all. They need to managed the parking better for the real costumes. Not coming to this place ever again,I rather drive 30 min to a place where I can park.
