This establishment is very friendly and hands-on. Their staff is knowledgeable on all their products a d go out of their way to help you. Highly recommend.

The store itself was great, but unfortunately I will not be going back. I was looking for an out of season item the website said they had in stock. One of the employees offered to help me and said they indeed had the item, but that he’d have to go look for it. He was very helpful and pleasant. While he was looking for the item, another employee asked if I needed help. I told him I’d been taken care of, at which point he asked what I was looking for. When I told him it was an out of season item, he reprimanded me for asking the employee to look for the item, and that it was ridiculous to be shopping for this now. I asked if that’s how he treats his customers, to which he replied,”if they’re looking for something like this when it’s not in season”. At this point I decided there was no sense in talking to this man, so I walked away. As I did so he muttered, “Stupid”. The pleasant employee who was helping me returned with the item (which took him about five minutes to find), I checked out and was on my way, but won’t be returning. I read many positive reviews for this Ace Hardware, but the ones that were not were in reference to customer service-seems like one particular individual. Too bad… A possible solution-if an item is in stock but not available for sale, the website should state this and offer a date that it would be ready for sale.

The only place I can get ice melt with reasonable price when salts are sold out in every store up here.
