I have been looking all over for a flyswatter. I walked right in and there was one and it was even blue my favorite color. They also had quite a selection. I also needed some fly ribbon. They had a nice selection. Great prices. Very helpful. Well stocked! Friendly.

If you want to leave early, then change your hours. I checked your listing on Google to make sure you were still open. Your hours say you close at 8. I called at 7:50pm to make sure you were still open. You answered, said "We're closed, sorry" and hung up. Don't do that! If your wife is going into labor, fine. If you suddenly realized you left the iron on and you need to run home, I get it. If it's an emergency, I can understand. We're all human. But if you just really don't wanna stay til 8pm, then change your posted hours to 7:45pm!! Problem solved! When you are my neighborhood hardware store and I discover I can't rely on you, that's a problem. Had I known you didn't want my business, I could have tried to run elsewhere before they closed. To their credit they did let me in. I was rushed. I was asked if I could pay in cash because their credit card system had already been shut down, and they couldn't offer me a receipt either. I get it. Having a job can be inconvenient. But that's why it's called work. We all need to take care of the people who are depending on us to serve them. Please don't do this to anyone else.

For a small space they have so much almost like a mini Home Depot. They are very friendly and knowledgeable, and they suggest you with things that you may not think about. Really suggest you to check it out.

I’ve lived here 14 years and finally “got a guy” when it comes to hardware needs. Poncho was so helpful and totally hooked us up when all of the major retailers let us down. My new favorite store in Manhattan!
