One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. Product not as described. Had to hound them for return authorization. Had to hound the for the refund. Then they still charged a restocking fee. Do yourself a favor and buy from somewhere else. Buyer beware, the description of satin brass color = cheap gold. What is more shocking is this is from an $500+ handle. A refund was not issued within 48 hours of receiving my item. A refund was issued after I followed up. Only way to make this right is to refund the restocking fee.

Initially this seemed like a great resource. The product I wanted showed there were 70 available. I had a question about the product and after using the live chat feature, I placed the order. 10 days later I received an email saying the order was complete. I asked the live chat what that meant- delivered? Out for delivery? The response was that the item is not available and the order could not be filled. Why didn't the email say that? And why, when I checked the website is the item still featured, with a backorder. I was never offered that option. Very disappointing. Won't use or recommend this site.

Ordered a part for my cabinet on 1/7/2025. The site stated that it would be here within 7-10 business days, it’s now 3/6/2025 and it still hasn’t arrived. When checking order status, it states that order was sent to warehouse and that’s it. Called customer service several times to get my money back but no answer. Avoid using this place if possible, it’s been 2 months and my order for one small part hasn’t even been picked yet.

These guys seem to be drop shippers on a very leisurely timeline. It’s been 10 days since I placed my order for a simple Yale doorknob and it still hasn’t been shipped and is well past the promised ship date on my order. When I contacted their customer service, they said they’d have to ask the manufacturer when it would be shipped, and that answers from the manufacturer take 1-2 business days. I’m canceling my order. Save yourself the time and headache and shop elsewhere.

This is a scam. Do not trust them. They change their name multiple times on every document to keep you running in circles. This is NOT legit. Be smart and listen to the people speaking up. All of their websites are fakes and the badges that claim “trustware & 5 star rating” is all a front.
