I went to pick up something which my local store didn't have in stock, but was disappointed with one thing. Being handicapped, I could not use the assigned space because someone, not handicapped was parked in the spot. Even though the spot was painted, there was no sign on the wall and when I mentioned it to an employee, she acted like she didn't care. Although this store is out of the way, they sometimes have an item which my local doesn't, but with an attitude like that, I travel a little further and go to Lowe's. I try to support small businesses when I can, but not when they do not seem to care. No more Palmer.

I was looking for a refill tube and clip for a toilet and none of the major hardware stores had it...but Ace did! Ernie was so helpful. It was my first visit at an Ace Hardware store and it turned out to be a very positive and successful one. They even had a 25% off coupon l was able to use on my purchase.

I was told to go to Ace Hardware to get something for my kitchen sink. My parents have always went to this particular location. As, I walked in I was greeted at the door with a big smile by a friendly man who knew exactly what I needed . Mannie was knowledgeable and gave me the correct instructions to get the job done right . I really appreciate his time. Thank you so much!

You know the jingle "Ace is the place..."! Well, Palmer Brothers Ace Hardware is a great asset to the community. You never have to go hunting for an associate to find something you need or a suggestion on what might be the best for you. They are always willing to bring it out to your car plus they are super friendly! Hoping to use their handyman service soon!

Came here a few times to pick up something on short notice and have also tried order ahead for pick up. They have some of the friendliest staff, always super helpful. They offer curbside pickup so you don't even have to leave your car which is awesome. The store clean and usually well stocked.
