It's a good place to get an item quickly. However, Ace Rewards has got to be the worst program in existence. I get the rewards in the mail, and I never use it because it doesn't apply to dale items, so all my rewards end up expiring. I purchased a full proce item today, and there was a QR code to scan for a $5 reward, but because i don't have the app on my dumb phone, I couldn't get the coupon. So basically, they get my purchase history, and i get no rewards. Im going to go to Hone Depot for now on.

I would like to give a big Thank You to Steve and George for going the extra mile to help! I’ll try to make a long story short…my Dad recently passed away. My Mother wanted to BBQ but was overwhelmed with Dad’s big barrel charcoal grill. I went in last weekend to purchase a small gas grill for her. I drove my Dad’s pickup truck and went to Ace in Massapequa Park to buy “the perfect grill” for my Mom. Steve came right over and showed me all the grill options. I chose a weber gas grill. Steve said they don’t keep many grills in stock and they didn’t have it, but would order it for me. I explained I needed it today & asked if the floor model was In perfect working order for sale. Steve said yes! Him and George came right outside and not only out the grill into Dad’s pickup truck, but also showed me how to work the back hatch and cover. I got the grill to Mom’s house and noticed it was missing the ignition. I went back to the store, Steve took all my information showed me what to look for on the grill to take pictures for him to figure out what part was missing. Steve even called into the store on his day off to make sure my issue would be fixed. George came out to Mom’s house yesterday, installed the part and made sure the grill was “perfect” for Mom! Very, very expensive compared to other hardware stores. The clear silicone by GE, yellows after two days. Don't buy it.
