I went in to see if they could provide me with some nuts for a few bolts, but when I went in, I asked the older man who was there. He looked at it quickly and said it was a wide thread and that they didn’t have any.. I asked if he had a section when I can look and check for myself, he said no.. like he didn’t want me going into the store.. I don’t think I’m going back… and it’s not Y & T Hardware..

If I could, I would give this store ZERO star! The owner is ridiculously disrespectful. He sold a fake brand mixing valve that he claimed suitable for my shower system but it didn’t work at all! He even yelled at me when I tried to return the item. This store is not honest at all please stay away from it as much as you can.

This store is located at 7107 18th Ave. On the banner The business’s name is R&H Hardware Inc. I went into this store today to purchase few nails for my cabinet. I even brought over a sample to match. Went home and found out that it doesn’t match. I took it back to the store and ask the guy if I can return it. He wouldn’t allow me to return it or exchange for anything else. He gave me such bad attitude. He yelled at me and kick me out. He cursed at me telling me to die. First time having such a bad experience purchasing something. I’ll report him to BBB.

This store really is terrible. First of all, no one speaks any english at all. I had to pull up wall anchors and painters tape on my phone and show them a photo. Every single item they have is of by far the lowest quality and unbelievably expensive. I bought a roll of green painters tapefor $8.50!!! I needed it fast and didnt have the time to run to home depot, so i figured i had no choice. I laid it the night before thinking id wake up and get the work done quick. I wake up in the morning to find 75% of the tape popping up! Ive been doing this a long time, so i know how to lay tape the right way. Avoid this place if u have other options. And if u dont, be prepared to pay a lot for something u may not get much use from.
