I tried to get a key copied here. I saw that the 2 keys were different, but the guy told me it's fine. Well, the copy didn't work. Came back, the guy tried again, and once again, I saw that the keys were different. Once again, it didn't work. At least they refunded me after I came back for the 3rd time. Actually, he refunded me more than I paid. I tried to explain this to the guy, but he just couldn't understand what I was saying, so I just took the extra 25 cents. Whatever. If you value your time, I'd avoid this place. Got my key copied correctly at a hardware store a few blocks south.

Nothing but blessings to a hardware store that doesn’t get enough credit. Part-in-parcel benefit to living in BK and dealing with the mighty expenses that presents is benefiting from what no place in America but here has anymore, good old fashioned corner hardware stores with the OWNER present! Try that at Lowes or Home Depot , find someone who cares as much as the owner of the establishment!? Exactly! Bless this place! It’s a big part of what makes living in Brooklyn worth every damn cent… owner operated business , living the block into the horizon, that’s quality of life ! That’s Brooklyn! ❤️🙏🏽

The owner is a little gruff but 9x out of 10, you will find what you need.
