There are a few places around the area to find all that you're looking for in North Kingstown, but Wickford Lumber is one to go to first. If you're not in a rush, your first agenda item should be to check the table out near the front entrance. This table is the clearance section, and it is not required, but who knows if you can find the best whatchamacallit for the thingamadoozy that needs one. For the rest of your visit, take your time, per usual. Wickford Lumber is not as big as a Home Depot, but not as small as some neighborhood hardware stores. As a midsize lumber yard and hardware store, they also have knowledgeable staff who have years of construction experience. Every time I have been there I have purchased something from there. Their key-making process is more accurate than the ones at the bigger chain hardware stores, and that is an indicator of a retail store that knows what it is doing!

Brought two new kitchen cabinet doors in for glass installation. They were extremely careless and sandwiched the two doors together front to back during storage and transport to the work area and scratched/gouged the facade of both doors badly. Clearly did not protect the paint from work surface based on scuffs either. Could not be more disappointed. Expensive repair to new custom cabinetry. Clods. Edit for response: Oh don't worry, management (who wasnt even there) will be contacted with the bill for the repair of my doors. You can take your glass cost out of my invoice. And your lummox of a tech didn't ask for payment so get your story straight.

Always Helpful Here! They know their inventory! They are pleasant and listen to your needs. It is great to have people who pay attention. They provide ideas and assistance in getting your task done properly! It's one of our very favorite places to shop!! They even try to save you money when you are doing a project!!
