As of May 9, 2023, Weilgus has blocked their entrance door and has a sign posted saying they are now a supplier only to LICENSED LOCKSMITHS...no one else admitted.. "no exceptions" - so is it really a regular hardware store at all any more? Maybe for locksmiths... You can see the sign they have hung sideways, smack in the doorway to prevent any non-locksmiths from even dreaming of coming in!

Don't waste your time with this place. The staff are incompetent, obnoxious, and rude. After purchasing a $1,300.00 Von Duprin panic bar device that was sold to me defective they promised to replace it new. They then claimed the replacement device was sent to them defective although i never saw the device. After several calls they have still not replaced the device. Now they claim they only promised a part, which is a lie. The rudeness of their staff from top to bottom, the shyster manner in which they conduct their business, and their blatant dishonesty should lead you to choose another business to purchase hardware from.

Love the place. Very great service. The tall gentlemen with the glasses was very helpful and helped me finding a new door knob for my house. My knob became very slobby and I had no reason why. He really knew his way around a knob like he was a pro or something. Helped me stuff a load in my back end of my door knob

These guys are the best in the industry.. This place is no hardware store.. These guys really know their Hardware and what I mean by Hardware is locksmith materials, custom keys ,mortise locksets, cylindrical locksets, panic bars.. hinges exedra.................... only for a professional locksmith or expert door professional... If you do go... ask for frightson He is one of the best masterminds in the industry👍👍👍
