We ordered a shower door before Christmas, custom made fully framed single hinged shower door, clear glass deluxe series brushed nickel. When John came to measure we liked him, very pleasant asked if he can do the installation, just to let the office know, he was aware about doing the installation. Dawn and other employees try to cover up their stories and said we never mentioned John . ON January 6th they sent Cameron, we were annoyed, AND had the wrong chrome for the shower door. WE wanted it done on that day unfortunately no. He spoke to his office and said it will be completed by the 9th which was Wednesday we had John and Eric they did a fine job, tho the cleanup was a bit messy... I do not recommend TRIO EAST WHOLESALERS, tho these two installers were very pleasant. In the email that Dawn Rinaldi sent me "It seems sometimes when one thing goes wrong it causes a chain reaction" ITS CALLED they covered up their communication and made us look like fools! The shower door is very nice, I am not happy with company!!!! My mistake was I did not review their reviews, several complaints. DO YOUR RESEARCH!!! Angela W.

Wonderful office, the women were so helpful and kind. Their work was pristine and installers were efficient. I would recommend this company to everyone.

Teach your workers some respect and dignity.They didn’t even start work yet. They’re at 7-Eleven parked in a handicapped.Seriously try to instill some knowledge not to park in a handicapped parking outright rude.One day you might need that handicap spot you never know what life brings at any moment.

I ordered a shower door thru Cancos, who totally screwed up the order. Barbara at Trio East handled my frustration and angst calmly and professionally, and persisted in following up, and communicating. The door is beautful.

DO NOT USE! 3rd party to home depot. Took 6 weeks to get an installation that was promised within 3 weeks. No one called to notify me about delay. When I called in, office staff was RUDE. When the glass came, it wasn't the size I was expecting. Became a floating spray panel, NOT what person that came to measure showed me. When I called to speak to owner JACK, he hung up the phone on me, not once but twice. He claims I was speaking while he was speaking so he hung the phone up on me. I simply told him to call me back after he speaks to the person that took the measurements. I am beyond disgusted and will be seeking full refund.
