I gave this Ace a few chances but I think I'll go to Cole's from now on or drive an extra ten minutes to Renco Ace The store is very clean and well kept - not a huge Ace but seems to stock the majority of the core products. The vast majority of the times I've stopped here I just get very lousy customer service. Twice I bought Ego power equipment and it was like I was an inconvenience trying to get someone to help me drop a few hundred bucks. In summation - nice, clean and well stocked store. Just not a very helpful staff, which is unfortunate

Everytime I have entered the store within a couple of minutes one of the staff always greet me and ensure I'm finding everything I might need. If not they personally Escort me to the location of items.

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I buy all paint for my house and garage here. They are exceptional at mixing paint. The staff has gone beyond regular effort to help me. This summer I needed a particular type of weed pulling tool. None was on display. They found one in the inventory storage area. It was exactly what I wanted. There is always someone ready to load mulch or garden soil bags into my car. The people that work here are top shelf.
