Bought 2 shovels, that absolutely SUCKED, and one of them cracked in half immediately when I started using it.. brought back, guy looked at it,,and started to try to come up with something to say, so I just told him I was not gonna cry over $19, so I told him they should not sell those shovels, and that he could keep the money and the broken shovel. The best hardware store in the area. Very helpful, they have everything. Whatever project i had the manager took his time and even explained how to do it by my self.

Great service- they went above and beyond to help a lost Aussie solve his plumbing problem on a Sunday. Worth the tolls and the 45 min in traffic each way!

GREAT Store. Employees are extremely friendly and helpful. They have a lot of nice products and beautiful flowers outside. Only complaint is parking but that's to be expected here. V

Had water leaking out of the relief valve on my water tank last week. Watched a YouTube video, then Google mapped the highest rated plumbing supply store in my area. These guys came up, and they absolutely deserve the highest rating. Ben answered all the questions I had that weren't well explained in the video, then made sure I left with all the proper supplies necessary to finish the job along with some pro tips to ensure I only had to reassemble the relief valve once. Can't endorse this store enough. Thank you, Ben! tldr - They successfully helped guide me in replacing the relief valve on my water tank, and I have never worked on a water tank before.
