I’m a local landlord in town so I had to buy a fire extinguisher because I couldn’t see it for an inspection so I go to the store and I buy it amongst other things and it turns out that I found the fire extinguisher but when I go to return it, they said I’m sorry we don’t take returns. This was all within the hour and they refused to take my fire extinguisher. This is a shitty store. I’ll never do business with them againnever. Competition is needed in Medford Like Home Depot Lowe’s

The store is very cute. Friendly customer service! I love their garden area. There are so many beautiful flowers and plants to choose from. This place is also offering military discounts. I will definitely be coming back. :)

I went in to the store on Friday to purchase paint for one living room wall. I was very specific about the color. It had to be a light gray. I showed photos that you can see I've used a light gray and decorated in black, red and white. Well Saturday the painter came and when he was finished he asked me to take a look. I almost fell over it's baby blue. So I took the paint back to spotts this morning because I called and was told they would ass red to take the blue hue out. Well the woman at the paint counter wanted nothing to do with me. She said there was too much paint used. She wouldn't even try anything. I'm not a paint expert. She said, Honey I've been doing this for 33 years. Well I would think she would of been able to help with that experience. Put equal parts into a quart sizecontainer. But try something. Very disappointed.No costumer service. People who mix and sell paint should be experimented.

I will never go anywhere else for paint again. The manager Kim was so kind and helpful, answered all of my questions about an upcoming paint project, and was very knowledgeable. I could tell that she was happy to help me and answer my questions! Great store for hardware and paint. Highly recommend.
