I Don't Support Local Businesses engaging in Racial Profiling or making jokes about customers. When I asked about the kitchen sink pipes, the owner responded by attributing the issue to Chinese-made pipes. I'm Asian, but I'm not Chinese. I simply stopped by to support the local business for my simple project. Of course, I didn't purchase the parts that I needed. This shouldn't be happening in 2024, and if it had happened to my friends or family, I would have taken action on the spot. No one, regardless of Race, Gender, or any other Characteristic, should be treated Differently. DO NOT SUPPORT this business.

This hardware store's customer service was extremely disappointing. Whenever my family and I were browsing for a long time, the employees would stare at us rather than offering any assistance. Not only did this make us feel uncomfortable, but they also consistently failed to follow their own schedules, resulting in frustrating experiences.

They closed earlier than their advertised hours. What a waste of my time. Corporate stores at least follow their schedule if nothing else.

Staff barely knows what their parts are called or used for. Went in asking for something specific they didn’t know what it was and said it didn’t exist. I then walked through the store and found it myself. Also they used to allow you to return anything unopened for your money back and all of a sudden they stopped without any signage or warning, seemingly within the hour I went there until the hour I went back to return the item. The place is also super overpriced for the simplest of things. Had to pay $20 for 1 drill bit. I won’t be shopping here anymore unless a new owner takes over and restores it to the store it used to be. I would give 0 stars if I could. It’s no wonder bigger stores are killing off small businesses when these small businesses can’t even show simple customer service. They have children working in the store that are underaged and in a dangerous environment. And The young man that works there is probably the worst, being the most unprofessional, unknowledgeable, and unhelpful.

I have only been in here a few times but always feel a bit uneasy in here. I don't know if they just think they are being attentive to their customers or worried about shoplifters. They always follow you to ask you if you need assistance finding something and I usually say "no thanks". After the first employee asks you, another one seems to be sent to do the same a minute later. Three different employees did this last time before I just left. Its a small store and all the employees huddle around the front so I find it hard to think they don't know I was already asked. I'd like to look around, find what I need and maybe more. If I can't find something I will ask but otherwise wish to shop in peace.
