Steve, the repair technician, is friendly, knowledgeable, practical and informative - which is especially helpful since I'm not a professional. I recently purchased an SR-200 backpack sprayer from them. While I was there Steve helped me diagnose a problem for a friend's FS-55R weed wacker. He was respectful, and patient with the limited knowledge I have with small engines as a woman. Didn't try to throw parts at it. The sprayer is the first piece of Stihl equipment that I own, and it's comforting to know that I have an honest, reliable technician to take it to if it needs repair. Thanks again, Steve.
