Store owner’s attitude and customer service was lacking. Went in to get a spare key made and without asking, the store owner created a key that had additional details that I did not ask for (I was replacing a spare key that I had lost, so confirming to the initial design was important). Instead of trying to help rectify the situation, the store owner insisted there was no problem despite not being happy with what he had created. Please work on your customer service. In the future, if there are changes to the standard item that’s available, please ask the customer if that is in fact what they want.

So, the first thing I want to say is that the owner of the store is so rude and disrespectful. When we came back to ask why the paint on the wall looks completely different from the sample in the store, he started acting crazy. He started screaming in me and my dad. When I told him to stop talking like that, he screamed louder, cursed and showed his attitude. I saw such situation for the first time since I came. He needs some medications or treatments. I was really scared. He was about to slap me at the face. Be careful with that store.

Great place for pricey key cylinder replacement part. Keeping this real, their selections are very limited, but trying to be a community hardware store for the small neighborhood is understandable. They are very knowledgeable, but their attitude towards helping needs a bit of help.

Horrible “service” Not respectful enough to put his personal phone away while talking to a customer when I came here to ask some questions. If you have a shop you’d better pay attention to the customer needs and their questions and don’t mumble your own thing repeatedly . Close this location #BenjaminMoore because no way I’m repeating this experience Zero stars is my review P.S. owner Farukh is disrespectful towards women and I’m hoping my review will bring some feminist NY living to go there and show him his 💩place That’s how angry I got out of this shop to even write such a bad review…

This is my first go-to place for anything hardware or household repair related. This store has a large selection of hardware and paints, which I’ve personally purchased several times myself. The owner is very knowledgeable, is a patient listener and has provided me with useful advice on several occasions. Prices are very competitive and the quality of products meets or exceeds my expectations. I definitely recommend this store.
