Great store with incredible customer service. Micah and Garth went above and beyond to help me figure out a workable solution to an issue I was having with a project last week, saving me time and money. Brian is always helpful with paints and stains. If you have project questions, this is the place to go. I highly recommend.

Awesome place ! So much more than a hardware store. Staff is very helpful, store is clean and well stocked. Excellent selection of home goods as well as traditional hardware/lawn and garden. The kind of place everyone in the family enjoys coming to.

So you have to pay a free extra bucks compared to the chain stores? Well I’m willing to bet you won’t get the same level of service at Ace, as you do at those chains. They might not have the kitchen sink, but they’ll help you get one! Always friendly service here.

This store has a good combination of quality supplies and customer service. I stopped by recently for a smaller wrench or pliers in middle of fixing an issue under my dishwasher. Garth saw me browsing and helped me find several items including a nice pair of soft pliers that would angle around the extremely tight space to reach what I needed to loosen and then re-tighten. Got the part off within 2 minutes of arriving home after wasting what felt like an hour trying with a bigger tool. Saved me the trouble of unhooking everything and pulling it out b/c the thing was a very tight squeeze (jammed in with the legs taken off) so I really did not want to bring it out.
