I live in Raleigh North Carolina and I spent $33 on a couple of small bottles of glue because the shipping was so High and I didn't even realize it. Man named Dan calls me out of the blue and says that he feels he could save me some money on shipping and recharged me for only $19! Who does that nowadays? Thanks a ton and I appreciate your business, certainly will be back when I need stuff!

I ordered a pair of keychains online at $9.99 each. An additional $20.00 was added for shipping. About an hour after I placed the order, I got an email from Dan at Ramsey Hardware saying he cancelled the order because of the cost of the shipping was way too high. I just got off the phone with him. After telling me he couldn't put his head on the pillow last night knowing that those shipping charges were so outrageous, I reordered the key chains with an additional $6.00 for shipping. Thanks for your honesty, kindness and looking out for your customers. I haven't gotten the keychains from Ramsey's yet, but I know I'll be ordering from them again.

This company blew me away with their customer service. I ordered a product (a yard application to kill chinch bugs) from them that turned out to be not only out of stock but out of production. Ramsey Hardware immediately contacted me about a refund. I thanked them but added that I was so disappointed because I had tried so many places to buy it and my yard was dying a slow really ugly death. They kindly gave me a suggestion for a different product. I felt like it was above and beyond what any other company would do.

I am an out of state customer and no one in my local area had what I needed. Ramsey Hardware came up on my Google search for the item and I telephoned the store. Dan answered and he was extremely helpful. He told me to order the item online and he would ship it out. Took him less than an hour to do so. That is great customer service. I highly recommend this store.
