I been coming here for 4 years (not as long as other's). Recently I was do a plumbing repair as my place and went here for the part. Called 1st ,they said they would have it. Sales associate assisted me. He was friendly. I needed a cartridge for a delta faucet. Starting off he pointed out tub stems. Just about 5x larger part. Then faucet cartridges (what I needed. I told him make and model #. Said I have 2 have the part. Couldn't book or computer lookup. I was disappointed in them and myself. 98% of time never had problems buying a part for a specific item. Other item I needed they had 1 brand, 1 double size package. Wanted carbon batteries, I said thery were alkaline and Way high priced. Told her no, not at that price ($13. Vs $4 . Two minutes away). Kept trying to push the sale on me. Same women that told me ,only look,don't touch item and would follow me in the store(like I was going to pocket something). Her husband corrected her. The owner (man)is knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. There description of operation is off in regards to "Top Notch Customer Service " . Disappointed? I was today. I always shop local to support small businesses. I do the big boxes when appropriate. I'll be back here and there, but limited. Thinking of a new toilet. I'll bring the old one so it's the same and match up.

Had several window screens re-screened here and they did an excellent job at a really excellent price! My grandmom only comes here and recommends them to everyone. Hopefully my cat will stop busting out of my screens now :)

I like it because I like local stores. But prices are a little higher then the big stores which is expected And their hrs are horrible. They don't open until 9:00 A.M and close at 5:00 P M. people are not even home from work yet.

Very underestimated hardware store right in our area. We get our keys done here. They have just about everything you might need with comparable prices. Support local. Support small business. Support Mayfair🫶🏽 Glenn was a great help!

I had to replace an ugly light fixture in my pantry. Penn Hardware had everything I needed for a reasonable price. The staff is very knowledgeable, helpful, & friendly.
