The gentleman who helped me spent 20 minutes trying to find a solution to replacing a missing screw. In the end he had to cut down a screw and grind it down to make it smooth. After all of that effort he only charged me $2.00. This was the type of service which used to be common at retail stores but now hardly exists anywhere. I’m so glad it still exists at One Stop Hardware. Thank you!

I love visiting this shop. They are always friendly and not on a rush. A breath of fresh air in this day and age. Even if I can get something elsewhere, I make my way here.

They were helpful and kind. They engaged my children and didn’t mind them booping around while I shopped. The staff is diverse and knowledgeable.

Horrible! I went there to get a copy of my key. It was closest one to me which was still a 12min drive. The lady made the copy extremely fast, but upon arriving the key would not fit. From glance the pattern was the same but for some reason her copy was bigger than my original and therefore did not fit into my lock. I then drove back to have her fix it in which she then placed the blame on me saying I bent the key. Instead of taking accountability and doing it over she proceeded to attempt to argue with me. worst customer service ever! i will never return to this establishment ever again!
