Friendly, helpful employees! People were very nice! Was in NJ from Ohio for work, and came in to get some tools for a factory project. A worker helped me find just what I was looking for! I also had them cut a key for me while I was there, since I have an old truck with a single key, and didn't want to risk losing it! I was shocked that they had a key blank in stock for a 1977 Dodge D100! Had the key cut in seconds. Support your local ACE Hardware!

I ordered my grill from Oakland Ace. There was an issue with the grill when they received it, they called me right away to let me know the issue and that a new one was ordered to replace it. They assembled the new one and delivered promptly. Great service !

Ordered a long over due New Mailbox and Post from Oakland Hardware. Staff was amazing in offering ideas and options. The best part was they installed it within a few days after it arrived. Joe installed it PERFECTLY and it looks magnificent. The store is fabulous as well. They have an amazing inventory and are quick to help you find exactly what you want. Thanks Joe! I never thought I could love a new mailbox.

Forget Home Depot! Ace hardware is the place to go for the best expertise with any home improvement project, especially the small ones.You can't can't get the same level of help in the big box stores.

I called before I went looking for an item. I went and was met with Stefano who was very helpful and also price checked something I inquired about for a purchase another time. He was more than happy to help me. All and all a very pleasant experience. Thats why I go there before anyplace else. Someone asks me if they can help me the minute I walk in. Love that store.
