I recently visited NHS and I was pleasant with the way I was treated.From the moment I walked in, The staff were incredibly friendly and eager to assist. The store is well organized and stocked with everything you could possibly need. Thank you once again.

It’s good for the neighborhood if you have to buy product last minute, however I would not recommend working with their handyman for installations/projects. When installing my brand new ac unit he was being particularly rough figuring out how to attach the window pieces to the sides and when I asked if he would like the instructions that came with it he replied no. I leave the room for a few minutes then he calls me back into the room and says the piece is broken, mind you all of the pieces were perfectly intact when he started. He then attempted to put a piece of cardboard where the piece is supposed to go but I told him no, it needs to be fixed because that looks awful, isn’t safe nor secure. He went back to the shop and brought a different window kit piece which doesn’t even fit exact because it doesn’t go with my unit and then charged me $20 for the piece. Ridiculous and scammy behavior honestly. Shot himself in the foot though because we have numerous projects in the apt that we need to hire a handyman for but due to lack of trust they lost our future business.
