Not a local ace or true value that has everything. They have very little. I travel a lot and this one will likely not have anything home depot doesn't. Needed a list for approximately 10 items one being a hwlicoil set. They did not have even a basic one. They didn't have the gasket maker I needed nor did they have in stock stainless fasteners i needed. How do places like this stay in business?

I came in looking for the optimal tool for a project on my jeep. A guy behind the counter, I didn't catch his name, came out to the aisles to help me look. He was so helpful and friendly. Easy going. The exact guy that is one of many reasons why you should shop at a local hardware store. He asked to come out to the jeep to see some measurements! Not only did he help me find it, but when we got to the register, he realized the one I grabbed was priced higher than he would expect. He went back with me to the aisle to find a better price option for my project. The tool was exactly what I needed. The price was great for an item I can use for years. It was so easy and quick. Anyway - I know this might seem over the top happiness, but I am just beyond grateful for the awesome service I received at a time that I really needed help to get my jeep running properly. A big thanks from me.

The layout is unlike any other hardware store. You will need help there your first time, but everyone there is so friendly and nice it doesn't matter. Lots of on the shelf moulding and trim. They mix paint. They have those crazy nails that one psycho likes to use. Hidden gem. I hate Middletown home cheapo.

Very helpful and friendly staff. I’d barely walked into the store, when a man asked if he could help. He most certainly did! He figured out how to get to the battery on car key fob and replaced it for me. Only charged for the battery and even chipped in 5 cents. I truly appreciate his help. I had stopped at three different places and they were unwilling to spend the time to help. What a relief while on vacation to get such personal service!
