Asked for two sets of keys—one all silver and the other all gold. The son said “that may be a little confusing for me. Yeah it’ll be kinda hard” I said nothing in response so he repeated it again and I conceded and told him he could just do one set either all silver or all gold then to avoid any confusion. He still couldn’t do it somehow and had to get his father to help. However, his father must’ve overheard our initial conversation and decided to do two sets but mixed both silver and gold (two of the same key silver and two of the same key gold). While I did appreciate him trying I wish he would’ve asked for clarification but I paid before they were finished (between the back and forth and the actual key making process it was about 10-12 minutes so I had AMPLE time to pay) and there was a line so I just left. Slim chance I’ll return.

Alright, let me tell you about the guy working behind the register. I haven't had wonderful customer service like that in a while! He took the time to ask me questions and recommended the best solution for my problem. He was awesome. I tried to give him a tip, but he said no lol so if you're looking for a great hardware store, this is it!
