This was the best customer service experience during our whole home renovation. Marc and his son Jeff were responsive and took care of us through the whole process. I needed glass for my kitchen cabinets and they ordered and installed it. Our shower needed a glass surround, they came out with their team and took the measurements, ordered the glass and made sure the shower enclosure hardware matched the other fixtures in our bathroom. It was their kindness , communication and attention to detail that made these projects possible. Wouldn’t recommend anyone else for glass or hardware needs. To top it off, it’s a locally family owned business so as a business owner it just makes sense. Can’t wait to start the basement renovations.

Ronny came to my house and greased all our windows, replaced parts, and replaced the glass in a sliding glass door and adjusted it so it works much better. I thought I'd need to replace the door and/or windows, but he's almost a miracle worker. I asked at another hardware store about window repair and they didn't know what I was even talking about. I highly recommend this store for all your window repairs.
