This store sold me the wrong paint. On the book the name of the paint is horizon blue but when I purchased the paint it didn't match the color on the book. That's false advertising. And when I spoke to the manager she lied and told me that the paint looks purple. I know what color I ordered. And horizon Blue is not purple. I guess she's color blind. This is the worst customer service i ever had. And what gets me upset about the manager is that she lied and told me that the paint is purple. This is purple 🟣 And This is blue 🔵 See it's a big difference. I don't know how she could call herself a manager you can't even tell me the right color I ordered. Very unprofessional and horrible customer service and a manager that don't even know her colors. I just spent money for no damn reason I work very hard for my money to be getting scammed by this business. I would never buy anything from this company again. This is why I shop online because we have stupid people working in Far Rockaway.

Terrible service. Walked in, owner and cashier don't say hello or anything. Asked for help finding something, since it's my first time there. Got an attitude from owner as to why am I asking. No wonder no body goes there. All they have are flies as customers. Went in morning, which is typical busy time for lumberyard. NO CUSTOMERS AT STORE. One thing is clear, they are stocked with small things you need in a pinch. They should work on their service part of business. That's my 2 cents

This place has the worst customer service. I went to get help with a cartridge and was treated very rudely. The manager or owner who ever he is walked away from me to gossip with someone else and when I tried to get help a second time it was a complete disaster . He told me I would have to pay him for the cartridge as if I was looking to get free merchandise. After he tells me he can order it flips on me says he doesn't want to get involved. I planned to replace several components in my shower had he had an ounce of decency . I ended up walking out since I was treated so nasty. I went else where for help .Was told they get a lot of complaints about this place. From the reviews I see its true..

The best place. I had a dripping faucet and went to Lowes for replacement and couldn’t find one that fits and spent a lot of time looking. Came to Metro and immediately the owner said you can fix it by replacing the washer. He showed me how and gave me a set of washers for $3.59. I saved over $100 if I would’ve bought a new faucet. So often I go to Metro and they find me what I need immediately and explain to me how to do it. May be a few cents more then Lowes but well worth it.
