I've been there four times, one time I asked for two parts to a toilet that I needed for two different toilets and they literally argued with me why I would need two of them. Why did I have to explain to them I have two toilets? Second time something like this happened was earlier today when I asked if they had the kind of light bulb I was looking for for one of my unique light fixtures and he literally tested the light bulb in front of me not believing that it was out. Such weird infantilizing experiences. I'm never going here again.

This is one of the oldest and best hardware stores I've ever been to. They have everything and they provide all sorts of extra service. The staff is very knowledgeable. This is what you're looking for in a hardware store
