Customer service is non-existent. I sent three e-mails through their “Contact Us” option on their website and they have gone unanswered. I tried calling our local “representative” and no one picks up the phone. After a month of reaching out without any response it is clear to me they do not offer any support at all.

Company does not live up to their “lifetime warranty”. When you explain your issue with their lock defect they quickly brush you off to the where you purchased your lock. I explained it was purchased years ago at Home Depot and again she mentioned to bring the lock their with the receipt. She also mentioned they do not deal with the end user. Therefore the end user should not support MarksUSA They clearly do not stand by their “lifetime warranty”
