Don't make copies of your keys they never work In response to your reply. Thanks for the apologies. However, before posting my review, I already revisited your store and was not honored; in fact, they charged me full price again.

I recently visited M&D Shapiro, and the experience was beyond disappointing. The clerk at the counter was incredibly rude and seemed to be in a terrible mood from the moment I walked in. I was met with curt responses, rolled eyes, and an overall dismissive attitude when I simply asked for assistance finding a specific item. It felt like I was inconveniencing them by even being there. Customer service is a huge part of any business, and unfortunately, this store has none. I won’t be coming back and would not recommend this place to anyone who expects to be treated with basic respect. Avoid if you want a pleasant shopping experience.

Personnel was extremely rude. When asked where something is they very unkindly told me to look at the shelf myself. Would recommend the owner to get kind staff or for you not to go there next time. Also the light bulb price was X3 (21 VS. 7 on Amazon)

Hours not accurate. If you have an emergency and need a hardware store, go anywhere else.

Had everything we needed, friendly and helpful. Concrete mix, anchors, metalworking tools keys etc.
