We ordered custom cabinet grilles/mesh from Katonah (we live in Atlanta). They are just one of a couple distributors stateside for imported premium custom metal grilles. These were beatiful and fit as expected. We did have a tricky problem I think related to the ultimate sealant coat on the grilles from the factory. After troubleshooting a bit Katonah arranged an entire new set made and delivered which was totally perfect. Refreshing to see a company take responsibility and make it right for such an expensive custom order. No hesitation buying from Katonah again!

Had the pleasure of meeting Cathy today at Katonah Architectural Hardware. My Mom was looking for door pulls for her bifold doors. The showroom is stunning! They have an incredible selection of all kinds of hardware for doors, cabinets, drawers, etc. Cathy has the patience of a saint! My Mom is particular and Cathy could not have been kindier and more helpful to my Mom. Services are by appointment only and it is easy to understand why. The attention that is given to you is 5 star! I remember when Mr. Baren first opened the architectural hardware division of the business. Unique for this part of the world. And how his boys took it on, took it over and brought it to the very top of the heap= advising, consulting, designing, supplying amazing hardware the world's rich and famous. Well done. A true success story in our own backyard.

We drove 18 miles to Katonah hardware based on Google listing showing it was open till 5. When we got there we were turned back due to lack of an appointment. Nowhere in the Google listing it states that an appointment is needed to go in, VERY MISLEADING
