Helpful in times of crisis - glad they’re in my neighborhood! Replaced busted cylinder when I was locked out; had just the right size tubing to divert a leak when valve busted; only place in NYC that could duplicate a multi-sided key - and their friendliness during all these nightmares soothed my mental anguish, too

Friendly service!!! I needed to unclog my toliet, staff was kind enough to demonstrate how to use a snake. My grandson was with me. My 7 year old grandson said "I can do that" When we got home my grandson remembered every detailed and he was able to use the snake on his own and unclog the toilet. Thanks Jerry's Hardware store!!

I appreciate all that you do for our community and the supreme customer service I receive every time I visit your store. Jerry’s is your only choice for supplies on 204th Street in the Bronx. I have had a long time consumer and community relationship with Jerry's Hardware since 1998. It's a family business which adds to its charm and your shopping experience. The owners and assistants are very knowledgeable about most household and commercial needs and carry most of the items needed by regular folks, superintendents of large apartment buildings and contractors. As an advocate for the Arts & Artists, I particularly appreciate them providing the building's facade for muralists and side walk space for craft vendors. This enhances the character of the neighborhood thus the quality of life in a rapidly populating neighborhood. Special shout out to Jay, his Mother, Anthony & Julio.
