Eric and company are the best. Go in there with a nut 🔩 and they will take the time to size up the proper bolt to go with it. All for a .79 cent sale, that they probably make a few cents on. I have also gone in with a plumbing issue, and Eric has spent 5-10min listening to my issue, and then walking over to the plumbing connections and demonstrating how I would piece everything together to fix my issue. I can list 10 more examples, but you get the point. Also, they used to have the best black lab in store - Abby. Now they have a new pup, Cinder! Love the place, people, and the dogs 👍

Great people and a great company! Every time I go in there I feel like I’m part of the true value family and not just a customer and that goes a long way. The store is always clean and organized, the customer service is Impeccable, and the prices for their products are fair. They are always there to help and are also very honest. I went in needing a special bit for some lag screws that either came in a pack of two or in a box of screws. They didn’t have any of the two packs so instead of making me drive all the way to Home Depot they took one out of a screw box and told me that he’d sell me a 2 pack, give me the one from the box , and when the 2 packs of bits came in he’d save me the other bit. A month passes (I completely forgot about the bit) and Eric hands it to me. That’s what I mean by great customer service, I completely forgot about that bit and wasn’t even going in there for that but he did. I will always keep bringing them my business and highly recommend them to everyone !

great store with kind help. You can go in there with a nut and tell them you need the bolt, they will spend 15 min getting you exactly the parts you need, all for the .72 cents. Because, they are just nice people, they treat you great no matter how much you are spending. Also, say hi to Abby, the store dog. She is a really kind creature. I just wish there were more places like this left in the world, it is truly a pleasure to shop there. Edit 4-10-22. It should be noted that their prices are really good - like often times cheaper than Depot and without the nonsense of going to Depot . I like this place a lot .

I've been going there since they opened the doors with Rudy & Bill if I remember. You're not gonna find a better supply of so many things or a better crew. Abby is priceless...If Eric doesn't have it which is rare, he'll direct you to find what you need. Great store great staff...

Been going here for 20+ years. So much better than the big box stores. Staff seems to know about everything and most important they care about customer satisfaction and helping you succeed with your project. Incredibly this smaller store not only has everything they also have a selection of everything. Support small business, it really is a better experience.
