Fairly reasonable priced hardware store located near Lake Hopatcong and other scenic outlets. The hardware store carries your basic needs and has a diverse variety of products available. Staff are polite and welcoming.

Used to love this place. Convenient, nice people, but bad customer service makes me sour. Especially when it costs me money. Purchased wood pellets on an old program they used to have where they stored them for you. Told me they could stay there "forever". Went to the Hopatcong store to pickup the last of them and was told there was new storage fee that I was charged and since they failed to record my number they couldn't contact me to tell me and used the balance of the pellets to pay it. So, "Sorry, you no longer have any product here." The girl didn't even offer to take my number to have management call me about taking $70 from me because of poor record keeping. She also told me it was there for 3 years as if I took too long on "forever" to claim them. So much for supporting this local business. I usually use the Landing store, Home Depot is just a short drive down the road now.

Great local hardware store with helpful employees who help you find the right part. Also have refilled propane here many times.
