I buy tap handle steel chainsaw, 194 I went home try to start it. It was very hard starting after I started it was making a screeching noise so I took the show back to the store the manager himself start the show and he heard the noise instantly you give me another show. I asked him to start the show before I go home and I have the same problem. sure he did that and the show making the same screeching noise I was not sure I just brought back. He said to me use it for a while and if the noise don’t stop bring it back so that’s what I did the highway manager was not there and I asked him what happened they told me he had a stroke. and he is in a hospital are use them to see what’s the problem with the squeaks and I stated to them that is hard to start only one is Cold and the squeaks only one is cold out there. They told me they can’t find a problem, so I called the steel manufacturer customer service and they’re gonna interfere to fix my show because they had other problems with that particular 194 model. and I’m still waiting to see what happens. I never had experience like this before in my life with a freaking lousy chainsaw. I won’t recommend nobody to them not even my enemy.

I came in with a challenging situation re: some broken window latches. I got a really kind and human response from the management and was able to return them even though I no longer had the packaging. I’m not sure that that would always happen but in this case they were very generous with me and I won’t forget it.

I've been trying to talk to someone /make an appointment with someone at this store to get a quartz countertop quote (during regular business hours), but somehow it seems like nobody is ever working in that department ... Frustrating!

Pros: The brick yard is fun to browse. Shop local! Cons: The staff hasn't always been super helpful with more open-ended questions, but certainly no worse than you'd get at a big box store.

They are expensive, but they have a great selection. The staff is mostly useless, they are expensive and the general atmosphere is get out of our store please. So i would go elsewhere for anything.
