The customer service here is above anything you will find in a big box retailer. Placed a mobile pickup from STHIL and got a call the day following my order that it was ready. I received a copy of the invoice, my saw and all the accessories. They even kept the box of the chain that the specs called for. Extremely small but impactful ways this store has shown itself to go above and beyond was offering to help take the saw to my car when I had my son with me. Through interactions on the phone and in person both have been so overwhelmingly positive. A big thank you to the kindness offered by Heiser’s Ace Hardware and there staff. Great place and I can’t wait to order more saws in the future here!

I wish this place had later hours, I often find my send in a rush to get there before closing especially during the week. The owner is almost always present at the store, and super helpful. However, he's usually busy with other customers but be sure to find him if you have questions, he is friendly and happy to help.

I have been going to this Ace store since moving to PA , and they always have what I need. The store is well stocked and very well kept .The staff is always helpful and friendly.

I took my service dog in there and the store manager or whatever tried telling me I have to take him out and when I told him it’s against the law to deny him because he’s a service dog. He tried telling me he’s not a service dog. Very rude, never coming here again. How you going to tell me he’s not a service dog when I registered him and trained him! That’s a lawsuit right there.
