I had a really great experience shopping at Hercules supply. The people working at the store are really friendly. They helped me find the right type of screws I needed and let me test them on a sample I brought. I will definitely come back.

Would not recommend! Terrible customer service and they sell faulty products! I’m just a professional woman trying to put together some Wayfair furniture, and I needed a drill to do that (I have no connection to the construction industry). I like to support local businesses, so I bought a drill one Saturday morning at Hercules. I charged it that day for over four hours and it still didn’t hold a charge so I took it back on Monday morning, expecting a refund. The man working there was so rude! He basically accused me of swapping out the batteries ( as if I have a bunch of drills and batteries just lying around). I explained that this is the exact same drill. I purchased from him on Saturday. He did eventually give me a refund, but probably because there were other customers around and he just wanted me to leave. and I should not have had to fight for it so hard!

These guys are AMAZING. They've helped me treat so many home issues (mice, ants, etc.) and are always incredibly kind. They've even come upstairs to my apartment to help install door sweeps, as I didn't have the tools to cut and install them! Can't recommend enough. 10 out of 10!
