This is the worse place to go to, I just bought a cylinder for my door locker and as my súper was installing it it broke the So call good quality and I went to the store and no sight so ever of refund or return policies and they refused to exchange or refund my money such a waste of time and money I would never shop here again, I was trying to support the local business of my neighborhood but this is what I get, I’d rather drive to Home Depot, smh 🤦🏽‍♂️

Great neighborhood store sporting excellent variety, reliable restocked supplies seemingly always kept up with, mellow low key but friendly family runs this one and its my favorite hardware shop in the area and there is competition. The competition being the other mom/pop small local establishments of the like.

Helped me with a part for the water supply line for my faucet while the other 2 neighborhood hardware stores could not. Will definitely recommend and come back.

I was disappointed-- the product broke. Inferior quality product that broke after their '10 day policy' 22 days !! to be exact -- not good as a neighborhood business
