I have really bad, social anxiety and I have been working on going into stores for a couple years now this store with their staff has made it so that I’m able to go into public again because they treat me with respect and understood my situation the entire time that I’ve been there I’ve been treated with extreme respect while they’re just let me wander around the store and take the environment And has a very loyal and lovable customer of theirs. They have a great product. They have a great warranty behind it and I’ve really enjoyed my time with the store. I’m very thankful that I have them in my life. I stopped in almost every single day, and it really helps me get into a better mood.

Nothing needs to be said really. Awesome place and quality equipment. I’ve bought everything and anything there. Generators, wood planners, nail guns, hammers. No issues with anything.

As someone who supports our military, veterans, and all those who cherish our nation, this store is a disgrace. For years, the statue in front of the store has been holding an unidentifiable American flag! Customers have called, left messages on their entry doors, and complained to the store manager about their American flag over the years. In order to pay tribute to those who have served and continue to serve our country, the flag ought to be taken down and brought to Norwich City Hall's flag collection box so that it can be retired with dignity.

One of the best experiences I’ve had at a home improvement store. Not only was the staff friendly and attentive, but civil went above and beyond to make sure we found everything we needed. If I could give this more stars, I would! Great place to get everything you need for your DIY anything.
