The staff was attentive and polite. I was looking for a few specific items which weren't in stock. I asked the employee to check to see if the items were in the warehouse or stock room. He did and thete was none. I had him call other locations for the items and upon searching I was able to be put in touch with the location that had the items. This location was relatively clean and mostly stocked with items, just not the ones that I was looking for. This location is kind of hidden out if the way if you don't know exactly where it is or how to get there. I'll be traveling a bit out of my way to the Commack location from now on, being as the Commack location was well stocked, informative and knowledgeable staff and the turnover of items appeared to be vast.

I highly recommend visiting this store over Home Depot or other major retailers. It’s even better than Amazon and other online options. The prices are very reasonable, and if you’re a member, you get access to the best deals. They also have weekly special offers, and the staff is always professional and courteous. The best part, though, is their 90-day return policy. I’d much rather support this store than any big chain.

One if their better locations. Helpful staff, clean and organized well stocked aisles with a huge parking lot. Good tools at decent prices. Good neighborhood as well.

Very helpful store employee. Assisted an older lady and 3 mins later, he was assisting me. Best place to buy tools for all types of jobs and for trailer accessories.

I usually love this store and am here at least 2x per month. Today however, was not the usual visit. We entered and the store was pretty empty. There were 2 cashiers, Chris the supervisor and Jennifer the manager all standing at the cash wrap. There were a few customers in line waiting. Jennifer and Chris did nothing to assist the lines or acknowledge the lines. A simple, "thanks for your patience, it'll just be a minute" goes a long way. I wasn't ready to check out but had a question about product and approached the cash wrap. Jennifer quickly informed me that there was 1 line for checkout and pointed to the back of the line. I said "I'm not ready for checkout but am looking for an air plunger". She turned to the supervisor Chris and asked him to help me. He seemed lost. He was talking to someone as he approached me but wasn't talking to me. Meanwhile, Mike, one of the cashiers who was ringing up another customer, jumped in and told me where it was. Mike was great! While we were checking out, Jennifer was still standing at the cash wrap but was now telling 2 of her team members that they needed to take their breaks because those are the rules and Chris can't override her on this. Great cashier, very unprofessional leadership team. Doesn't change that the store has a great assortment of tools and great prices!
