I like harbor freight tools, t don't like to shop in this location, cashier guy charged me twice same item and he is disaster the way he scans items back and forth same items and counts them,i should check all the receipts i have home mybe he did same thing i am coustmer regularly come in this location. am going to spend gas money to get refund for stuff I didn't purchase, not going back there anymore after this, hire organized people folks . Damn i just missed that in same picture I posted other double charges for other item 3 oz silicone adhesive,

Great store no complaints worth driving the extra miles than going to my local catskill store! The girl who "runs it" is a total jerk and i will never go their again! What i like about the pk store is i swing through wendys on my way out and get a frosty!

If your a DIY person, Harbor Freight is for you. They have amazing prices on lots of different things. Now, if you’re a professional or a serious craft person who wants tools that are really high-quality and will last a lifetime, look somewhere else. The store is well organized and quite clean. I found exactly what I was looking for and I am quite pleased with my purchase. There are always specials and clearance items so I usually end up with more than I came for. Good thing this store is not right around the corner from me lol

Worst experience ever my husband went to buy some lights for our business 2 employees could not direct them in the right direction. . I have worked on the floor and I know that I am supposed to take the customer to the right item that they are looking for. Please train ur employees the right way.

The manager Thomas was so friendly & helpful. He resolved my problem for me in a quickly & timely manner. He is very professional. I will keep coming back to this location thanks to him!
