This store serves as a good example of how retail should run. Every employee I've encountered was polite, professional and on-task. And manager-employee interactions I saw were positive and supportive. The store is kept sparkling clean and inventory is maintained. Employees were helpful forklift loading heavy items, too.

I just had to walk away from my purchase at this store because the cashier would not ring me up and wouldn't take no for an answer for joining their $29.99 membership. I asked 3 times to just ring me up but he wouldn't stop pushing the membership. It's the second time I've run into this at the store. I will never return.

Excellent selection of tools and garage toys! Customer service is exceptional, alwways greated with a smile and very helpful in locating products.

Very clean and they also have a big shopping area inside. Way nicer than the Waterbury or orange location which are smaller more dirty and crowded

If it aint that great its from harbor freight. Some toos good some bad. Prices are on point and the large selection of cheaply made tools and things you need to fix your junk at home. This place is the temu toys r us for adults.
