I bought the new U.S. General Series 3 toolbox, picked it up 3 weeks later. The packaged box it was shipped in had no damage on it so I shouldn’t expect the toolbox to be damaged. Well after unboxing it there are 2 big dents in it. Called up Riverhead store, very friendly and understanding about it. Called the customer service number they gave me and since making the claim 3 weeks ago I haven’t heard anything from either the store or customer service. I paid full price for an undamaged box, but I got a damaged one instead.

There's always enough employees to help you find something and check out as easy and quick the store is always well stocked and checkouts are friendly always trying to get you the best discount. Once again, a happy customer! Staff was super helpful getting me a tarp that was out of stock but a truck just came in and they got one for me right away!

Great place for inexpensive tools and DIY needs. A lot of the items are not great quality but when it come to a tarp. The expensive ones rip just like the cheap ones. So you may as well save the money. I bought a big toolbox/workbench from there years ago and it’s still working great. That’s probably the most expensive items I’ve ever bought from there and I am very happy with it.
