Customer service was not so great on a Sunday afternoon. My wife and I were ready to pay for our purchase and approached one of the registers. The woman at the register told my wife that the register was closed and that we needed to go to the next one. We went to the next register. While waiting at the next register (there was a line and there seemed to be an issue with the register) another customer approached the first register we went to originally, and the same woman who told us that we had to go to the next register waited on that customer. I must say that say that was not good customer service from that woman.

Great prices! We used to have to drive a good distance to go to a Harbor Freight - now there's one in Wayne only 10 mins away. My Jim LOVED this store. Guys and their tools - like a kid in a candy store :-) I got a pair of pliers to use in my jewelry making - $3! In the craft store they would have been $10-15. Excellent bargain

Great store, always have what I need. Love the random free stuff they give you with purchases. Really love their hardy brand work gloves. While it’s not name brand quality I’ve had many of their tools last for years and countless jobs so all in all they will continue to get my money and be my go to for most things for years to come.

I had to give one STAR ,but not for the store itself, but for the low life manage that stole my phone that I accidentally dropped in parking lot from my bike . He stole and he hide in the office. Let me tell you something: GOD NEVER SLEEP! The store is dang awesome, employees always ready to work and they always have what you look for. Come on guys!
